Archdiocesan Volunteer Requirements

Saint Philip Neri stands in support and in compliance with the Archdiocese of Baltimore’s policy for the Prevention of Child Abuse. The policy of the Archdiocese and this parish requires all volunteers to complete a packet for volunteers. This packet can be obtained from the parish office. It consists of the following components:

Completion of an application
Three references to matching ones on the application
Criminal Background check
Sign off on the receiving of the Code and Policy books
View a video and printout certificate of completion

Scroll down to find the user name for St. Philip Neri Parish. You will need to contact the parish center for the password. Click on the link to begin the training. The program lasts about 1 1/2 hours.
After completion of all paperwork, the completed packet is retunred to the Stand Coordinator at the parish office. Upon review of all documents and information, the volunteer will receive a Verification card. This card is valid for five years before renewal is required.
